Assistant Managers
- Aspiring store managers eager to
learn the skills needed to successfully manage their own restaurant
- Second-in-command of the manager,
making sure all systems run smoothly and efficiently. On occasions when the manager
is absent, they are officially in charge
- Train and develop the shift leaders
and store associates to deliver excellent guest services
- Conduct restaurant inventories
- Manage the restaurant daily cash
deposits and reporting requirements
- Additionally, they often take on
many of the same roles as the Shift Leaders and Store Associates
