Assistant Managers

• Aspiring store managers eager to learn the skills needed to successfully manage their own restaurant
• Second-in-command of the manager, making sure all systems run smoothly and efficiently. On occasions when the manager is absent, they are officially in charge
• Train and develop the shift leaders and store associates to deliver excellent guest services
• Conduct restaurant inventories
• Manage the restaurant daily cash deposits and reporting requirements
• Additionally, they often take on many of the same roles as the Shift Leaders and Store Associates
